I am not your PMO Lead -- that is delivery mechanics, governance, schedule. I am not your Change Lead -- that is the people side, OCM, adoption. I am the senior partner who orchestrates all of them, plus the specialist disciplines (Innovation, Risk, Vertical Leads), toward a single business outcome. I hold the integrated view your specialists cannot, and I refuse the two industry confusions: I do not report to PMO, and I am not the same role as OCM.
